Could be the devil? Well, a really, really good devil although my friend Leslie put it in a visual....think of a wire brush up your bum and someone pulling...no YANKING it out really fast. I bought it a few weeks ago and have been off and on with it because as her description of it thats pretty much what it feels like.

So I came home after purchasing the little blue pills and opened up the package. I had to read all the instructions and 5 books that came with it (okay maybe it was like 3 or 4 but it was still too much for me to read!). I was a little perturbed about the warning it gave about if you eat too much fat (you are only allowed 15 grams of fat each meal). Basically this pill absorbs the extra fat and makes you go run to the bathroom within 35 minutes of eating extra fat. I'm not going to give you a bonus visual because I'm sure the last one was bad enough but after you have gone and done your business you feel about 10 lbs lighter.

So after all the reading I decided that I was going to start it the next day. That evening I made homemade chili mac.

BIG MISTAKE

I didn't even have a whole bowl, it was maybe like a half cup of the stuff. About 30 minutes later I was in the bathroom. I think that any food I ate the past month along with any oil along with it was out of my system and in the toilet when I was done. Its THAT good!

The website is full of information and if Alli is right for you. I'm almost done with the bottle and I think I will go and buy refills because it makes my body feel empty and less fattening (which is nice!).

I have lost 5 lbs since using it so thats a plus too!
